模具零件設計分析

整套模(mo)具采(cai)用導柱導套導向,這(zhe)主要(yao)是為(wei)保(bao)證凸模(mo)11和凹模(mo)15之間(jian)的小間(jian)隙,滿足零(ling) 件較(jiao)大(da)的生產批量(liang)(liang),并使零(ling)件的沖裁質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)得到保(bao)證。
模(mo)(mo)具采用(yong)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)(xing)卸料(liao)和上出(chu)(chu)件(jian)的(de)(de)工作方式(shi),由(you)(you)(彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)(xing))卸料(liao)板13將(jiang)廢料(liao)從(cong)凸模(mo)(mo)上卸下, 同時(shi)由(you)(you)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)下模(mo)(mo)座2之下的(de)(de)頂出(chu)(chu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置實現(xian)上出(chu)(chu)件(jian),通過(guo)調整螺母1壓(ya)(ya)縮橡膠17的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)縮量(liang)可 調整頂出(chu)(chu)力。由(you)(you)于該(gai)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)(xing)頂出(chu)(chu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置與(彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)(xing))卸料(liao)板13配合(he),在(zai)(zai)整個沖(chong)(chong)裁(cai)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)都能將(jiang)工 件(jian)壓(ya)(ya)住,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)落料(liao)完成(cheng)后及時(shi)地(di)將(jiang)工件(jian)從(cong)凹模(mo)(mo)內頂出(chu)(chu),因(yin)此可使沖(chong)(chong)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)工件(jian)表面(mian)平整。因(yin) 此,整套(tao)模(mo)(mo)具適用(yong)于厚度(du)較薄(bo)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)、小工件(jian)的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)裁(cai)。
凹(ao)(ao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)。所(suo)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)墊(dian)片為(wei)落料(liao)件,凹(ao)(ao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)部分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)(cun)由墊(dian)片的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)外形尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)(cun)決定(ding)(ding), 而凹(ao)(ao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)15又(you)是整套(tao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)零(ling)件,其外形尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)(cun)決定(ding)(ding)著上、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)座的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選用,因此,在 整套(tao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)零(ling)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)中,凹(ao)(ao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)設(she)(she)計(ji)應擺在首(shou)位(wei)。本實例設(she)(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)凹(ao)(ao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)結構(gou)如圖(tu)(tu)2-23所(suo)示。又(you)依(yi)據(ju)該零(ling)件結構(gou)及(ji)生產加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)批量,凹(ao)(ao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)材料(liao) 選用Crl2MoV制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao),熱處(chu)理(li)硬(ying)度為(wei)60?64HRC。凸(tu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)。考(kao)慮到(dao)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)零(ling)件形狀較(jiao)為(wei)復雜,特(te)別是沖切料(liao)較(jiao)薄,間隙(xi)較(jiao)小,因 此,整套(tao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)間隙(xi)采用單配加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法來保證。由于零(ling)件外形尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)(cun)不(bu)算(suan)小,料(liao)又(you)較(jiao)薄,故(gu)沖裁力(li) 不(bu)大,因此,設(she)(she)計(ji)凸(tu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)強度是足夠的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),可不(bu)必(bi)進行強度計(ji)算(suan)。根(gen)據(ju)該零(ling)件結構(gou)及(ji)生產加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)批量,凸(tu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)材料(liao)選用Crl2MoV制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao),熱處(chu)理(li)硬(ying)度為(wei)58? 62HRC。設(she)(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)凸(tu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)結構(gou)如圖(tu)(tu)2-24所(suo)示。考(kao)慮到(dao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)生產、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)便,其工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)(cun)按凹(ao)(ao) 模(mo)(mo)(mo)配作(zuo)(zuo),保證單面間隙(xi)0.02?0.03mm,圖(tu)(tu)中帶*尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)(cun)熱處(chu)理(li)40?45HRC,其與凸(tu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)固定(ding)(ding) 板裝配孔(kong)成過盈配合,裝配上端面采用鉚接(jie)固定(ding)(ding)。
凸模固定板的設計。凸模固定板采用Q235鋼制造,設計的凸模固定板結構如圖 2-25所示。圖中帶*尺寸與凸模配作,并保持單邊過盈0.01?0.03mm。一般來說,凸模固 定板孔若與凸模采用分開加工,則可采用H7/m6配合。
